Transfer a domain away from Orbit

You can move a domain away from Orbit at any time once it is eligible. We will not hold your domain hostage.
- 1Open the domain in your dashboard and unlock it.
- 2Request the authorization (EPP) code; we will provide it to the registrant.
- 3Start the transfer at your new registrar using that code.
- 4Approve any confirmation emails the registry sends.
A domain must generally be at least 60 days past registration or its last transfer before it is eligible to move.
