Verify your registrant email (ICANN)

When you register or transfer a domain, or change the registrant email, ICANN rules require that the registrant contact email be verified. This is the one email about your domain you should always expect and act on.
If the email is not verified within 15 days, the domain is deactivated (suspended) until you complete verification — your website and email will stop working.
- 1Open the verification email sent to your registrant contact address and click the confirmation link.
- 2If you can't find it, open the domain in your dashboard and resend the verification.
- 3Check the verification status on the domain page once done.
